Booking from Mobilization: Will the Rules Change for Ukrainian Enterprises.

The Government Confirms the Effectiveness of Mobilization Booking Rules
The government does not plan to change the rules of mobilization booking in the near future due to their effectiveness for the military and the economy. This was stated by Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal during a meeting on government issues in the Rada. He emphasized that the criteria for booking are clear, digitalized, and transparent.
Shmyhal noted that the government, together with the military, closely monitors the booking process, considering various categories of individuals and industries where this mechanism is used. Such criteria satisfy both parties - the military and the economy, so significant changes are not expected in the near term.
Since the beginning of April, only companies that updated their critical status according to new requirements will have the right to continue booking their employees. Booking under previous rules will lose its validity. In addition, the government has increased the booking quota for enterprises serving critical infrastructure from 50% to 75%.
