The price of a ton of Ukrainian agricultural exports has increased by 1.4 times.


The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vitaliy Koval, reported an increase in prices for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products. According to him, in 2024 the price of a ton of exports was 315 dollars, and by April 2025 it rose to 443 dollars.
'The price of a ton of Ukrainian agricultural product exports increased by 1.4 times. This was achieved by increasing the export of value-added products, in particular bioethanol,' emphasized Koval.
The Minister also noted that average prices for main export products have risen:
- sunflower oil - 1,174 dollars, which is 37.8% more than in 2024 (852 dollars);
- corn - 217 dollars, which is 27.1% more than the average price in 2024 (171 dollars);
- wheat - 231 dollars, which is 27.4% more than the average price in 2024 (181 dollars);
- poultry meat - 2,385 dollars, which is 11.2% more than the average price in 2024 (2,145 dollars);
- soybeans - 409 dollars, which is 4.3% more than the average price in 2024 (392 dollars).
'In total, since the beginning of the year, agricultural product exports from Ukraine amounted to 1.1 billion dollars or 2.5 million tons. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy continues to work on diversifying markets and expanding the export potential of the processing industry,' Koval emphasized.
