An expert on pension matters analyses readers' questions
Journalist Sergiy Korobkin, an expert on pension matters, analyzed the most common questions from the readers of the publication "Na pensiyi" regarding the accounting of salaries when assigning pension payments.
He paid special attention to the problems faced by future retirees when processing their pensions.
"Often future retirees do not understand why the average salary when calculating the pension turns out to be lower than the actual one, and what can be done to increase this indicator," notes Korobkin.
According to the expert, one of the key questions that concern readers is the possibility of confirming the size of the salary in case of document loss.
"Very often, people who have lost their salary record documents contact us. This is a serious problem because the size of the future pension directly depends on the correct confirmation of earnings," comments Korobkin.
The journalist emphasizes that special attention should be paid to the process of calculating salaries when assigning a pension, as the final size of the pension payments depends on this.
