In Kursk, Russians reported a Storm Shadow missile attack (photo).

On November 20, Russians reported Storm Shadow missile strikes in the Kursk region. Photos of debris appeared in one of the local Kursk social media pages.
According to the Russians, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched about 12 Storm Shadow missiles at the Kursk region around 14:50. It is noted that missile debris was found in the village of Maryne.
Recall that The Times, citing high-ranking sources in the British government, stated that the United States lifted restrictions on the use of British Storm Shadow missiles deep inside Russian territory. This permission was specifically needed from the U.S., as these missiles contain American components.
U.S. President Joe Biden allowed Ukraine to use American long-range missiles to strike within Russia. Prime Minister Keir Starmer commented minimally on this information, as the permission to use Storm Shadow missiles depends on the U.S.
British and French Permission
According to a report by Le Figaro, France and Great Britain permitted Ukraine to strike within Russia using their Scalp/Storm Shadow missiles. However, this information later disappeared from the publication.
It also turned out that France has a limited number of Scalp missiles that it could provide to Ukraine.
