In Vinnytsia, the head of the TCC was brought to court for failing to fulfill the mobilization plan.

The district court reviewed the case against the head of the recruitment and staffing department, who was accused of negligence in performing military duties. According to reports, Igor B. failed to fulfill the mobilization task, managing to mobilize only 10 instead of the required 40 citizens. The prosecution believes that this was possible due to insufficient cooperation with local authorities and law enforcement agencies. The colonel refused to admit guilt, claiming that there were no human resources available for mobilization.
The court closed the proceedings in the case, concluding that the colonel could not objectively fulfill the mobilization plan and did not understand what other measures he should have taken to implement the mobilization plan.
On the same day, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) reported suspicion against the deputy head of the unified city territorial recruitment and social support center and her former subordinate for beating a conscripted man.
