On the Zaporizhzhia Front, the Defense Forces are Destroying Russians with Trophy Weapons.

In the 'Velykyi Luh' brigade, there are true heroes - they even use a captured Russian self-propelled artillery system 2S19 'Msta-S' on the Zaporizhzhia front. This news was announced on their Facebook page.
According to the military, the Ukrainian fleet of equipment is being replenished with trophy specimens from Russian reserves since the war began.
«We do not waste Time - our guys have successfully arranged for a 'Msta-S', recognized as one of the best in its class. Of course, there are also NATO achievements that we need to measure up to,» the soldiers emphasized.
«Now our trophy self-propelled artillery system is managed by an experienced crew from the 130th battalion and successfully carries out tasks in the zone of the 65th Airborne Brigade, not giving the enemy even a chance to regroup,» representatives of the military unit noted.
According to data, the losses of the Russian army by the end of May 2025 exceeded $95,000, which has been recorded since the beginning of the war in February 2022.
During the spring operation in the Kupiansk direction, the 'Special Forces of Timur' intelligence of the Ministry of Defense successfully dealt with the destruction of over 600 enemy underground shelters, nine ammunition depots, and strategic enemy targets.
The new Zaporizhzhia artillery brigade uses trophy self-propelled artillery systems, giving them an advantage during missions and rapidly compensating for enemy losses. It is important to consider that this approach can have a significant impact in difficult situations on the battlefield and ensure victory for our troops.
