There is no need for enemies... Natalia Sumska harshly criticized the Lviv performance about Ivasyuk.

People's Artist of Ukraine and prima of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater Natalia Sumska sharply commented on the loud performance 'Chervona Ruta' of the Lviv National Theater named after Maria Zankovetska. According to her, the creators of the production made serious mistakes in depicting certain historical figures. Sumska noted this in an interview with 'Apostrof'.
Natalia Sumska criticized the inaccuracies related to the Shevchenko Prize, which, according to her, none of the participants of the performance 'Praporonosci' received. The performance included false information about the Shevchenko Prize, no one from the participants of the performance 'Praporonosci' received it, and the form of presentation of the highest artistic award was disrespectful, noted the prima of the capital's theater.
It should be noted that in 1947, the novel-trilogy 'Praporonosci' by Oles Honchar was published, which became significant for Ukrainian literature. In 1974, on the 30th anniversary of the victory over fascism, the chief director of the Lviv Drama Theater named after Maria Zankovetska, Sergey Danchenko, approached the author with a request to stage this work. The staging of the novel 'Praporonosci' was done by Danchenko in collaboration with Bohdan Antkiv, and the stage designer was Myron Kypriyan. At the same Time, young composer Volodymyr Ivasyuk was invited to write the music. The performance received high praise from critics and won first prize at the All-Union Theater Performance Competition.
