The government of the Cabinet of Ministers eliminated the State Reserve and created a new body - the State Agency for Reserves Management of Ukraine. The National Commission for Energy and Utilities is preparing to raise electricity prices starting in November. It is planned to set new cap prices depending on the Time of day in the electricity market.
