The government of Ukraine decided not to pay more than $665 million for state derivatives scheduled for April 30, 2025. This decision was made as part of a moratorium on payments for these instruments, which is in effect until their restructuring is completed. State derivatives, namely GDP warrants, depend on the growth of gross domestic product. In the case of high economic growth, investors receive additional payments, otherwise, no payments are provided.
