Pension Fund of Ukraine clarified the procedure for considering income for housing subsidy assignment.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine provided detailed information on the terms under which income is considered when assigning housing subsidies. The message states that the calculation depends on the month of the application.
According to the published information, for each month of application, a specific period is established for which income is considered.
In particular, for applications made from February to December, clear quarters of the previous and current years are taken into account: III-IV quarters of the previous year, IV quarter of the previous year - I quarter of the current year, I-II quarters of the current year, and II-III quarters of the current year.
Regarding pension income, there are three different options. If the subsidy is granted from the beginning of the heating season, the amount of pension for August of the current year is considered.
If it is assigned from the beginning of the non-heating season, the amount of pension for March of the current year is taken into account. In the case of assignment not from the beginning of the heating or non-heating season, the amount of pension for the previous month is considered.
It is also noted that the subsidy for the purchase of fuel depends on the household income for the previous year.
The issue of granting housing subsidies is regulated by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.10.1995 No. 848 'On simplifying the procedure for granting the population subsidies to compensate for the costs of paying for housing and communal services, purchasing fuel'.
We also remind you that the Pension Fund of Ukraine has simplified the procedure for obtaining benefits when changing the place of residence.
