PrivatBank launched a unique service for condominiums: how to obtain 'Warm loans'.

PrivatBank has started to provide an online voting service for the general assemblies of condominiums under the 'Warm loans' program. This information was made public by the bank's press service. It has become the first bank in the Ukrainian market to develop a unique online service for conducting meetings of condominium associations and housing construction cooperatives. The service allows the members of apartment owners associations and housing construction cooperatives to hold meetings remotely, without the physical presence of participants, and to generate the necessary protocols for obtaining 'Warm loans for condominiums'.

Yevgen Zayhraid, a member of the management board of PrivatBank for corporate business and MPB, noted that this service is available in Privat24 for businesses and is completely free for condominiums/housing construction cooperatives. Importantly, non-customers of PrivatBank can also participate in online voting on issues related to loans for housing insulation if they have a qualified electronic signature from any bank or the 'Diia' service.

PrivatBank continues to accept applications for the financing of condominiums and housing construction cooperatives under the 'Warm loans' program, which funds projects for the installation of alternative energy sources, energy efficiency, and modernization of energy supply and heating systems. The financing term can be up to 5 years, and the first year of financing is conducted under the conditions of the state program 'Affordable loans 5-7-9%'.

Borrowers can also receive compensation of up to 70% from the energy efficiency fund under the 'GreenHome' and 'EnergyHome' programs, as well as partial loan compensation from local budgets if such a program operates in their locality.

PrivatBank also funds condominium and housing construction cooperative projects aimed at modernizing energy and water supply systems, installing solar heating and hot water supply systems, as well as purchasing equipment and materials for thermal insulation of residential buildings.

In addition, PrivatBank has introduced a special cashback for Mastercard cardholders.
