Russian terrorists carried out an attack on Ukraine with drones and missiles
On the night of May 30, Russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with 90 strike drones of the Shahed type and various types of decoy drones. This was reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The drones were launched from various cities in Russia, such as Millerovo, Orel, Shatalovo, Kursk, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk.
Two ballistic missiles 'Iskander-M/KN-23' were launched from the Voronezh region, targeting the Kharkiv, Odessa, and Donetsk regions.
Damage and consequences of the attack
Ukraine's air defense destroyed 56 enemy drones of the Shahed type; 26 of them were shot down, and 30 were locally lost or suppressed by electronic warfare systems. Hits were recorded in 12 locations.
As a result of the attack, a trolleybus depot in the Slobidsky district of Kharkiv was affected, where there were eight hits by 'Shaheeds,' leading to damage and injuries to two people. Additionally, 33 nearby houses suffered destruction.
Moreover, in the Odessa region, due to the attack of drones, a fire and destruction occurred at a 'Nova Poshta' branch.
Ukraine's reaction
Russian terrorists carried out an attack on Ukraine at night, using unmanned aerial vehicles and ballistic missiles. The attack caused significant damage, with casualties and destruction. Ukrainian forces responded and destroyed part of the enemy drones, but the overall situation remains alarming.
