Scandal with Kлопотенко's Culinary Show. The National Reserve 'Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra' Made a Statement.

The National Reserve 'Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra' published a statement regarding the filming of a project about traditional Ukrainian Christmas dishes. The idea was implemented by chef Yevhen Klopotenko and the author of the project 'Real History' Akim Halimov. The venue for the event is the Refectory, which is traditionally used for celebrations.
During a conversation with media representatives, the general director of the reserve, Maksym Ostapenko, noted that he regrets the possible offense to the religious feelings of believers. He emphasized that the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is a holy place for Ukrainians. The reserve administration also noted that Russia uses the Lavra for its propaganda and information operations.
