In Kharkiv, a serviceman of the local TCC hit a cyclist, who then fell. Several military personnel, who arrived by bus, took the injured person away. This was reported by the TCC and SP of Kharkiv, citing Hlavkom.
According to information, the citizen riding the bicycle ignored the demands of the servicemen and refused to stop and present documents, so the military decided to push him off the bicycle.

During the notification measures in the city of Kharkiv, a notification group identified a citizen who was riding a bicycle and did not respond to the servicemen's demands to stop and provide documents for inspection. In order to establish the reasons for the escape, the citizen was stopped by the serviceman of the TCC and SP, and at that Time the man was thrown off the bicycle to the ground,' the TCC stated.
As reported, during the document verification, it was found that this citizen is a serviceman and is wanted, as he left the military unit without authorization.
'The serviceman was taken to the National Police department and then to the Kharkiv zonal department of the VSP. An official investigation has been initiated regarding the abuse of power by the serviceman of the notification group, after which appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken,' they added at the TCC.
Earlier it became known that in Kharkiv a man in military uniform hit a cyclist, after which he was put on a bus. A video of this incident made it to the internet.
Also in Odesa, a man was detained who used tear gas and firearms during document checks at one of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support.
Similar attacks on military personnel also occurred in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Rivne region, and Lubny.
