Drivers in Ukraine started to be fined for car repair: what is the problem.

A new law has come into force in Ukraine that prohibits drivers from repairing, servicing, or washing their cars on the streets and in public places. This stems from Article 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (CUAO). This was reported by "Khvilya".
This law significantly changes the habits of car owners who previously performed car repairs themselves near their home or in convenient locations. The ban applies, except in two cases:
- If the repair is carried out in a specially designated place.
- If the car broke down on the road and requires immediate repair.
Violation of this law offers a fine of 50 to 100 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which corresponds to 850 to 1700 hryvnias.
Recall that earlier drivers were reminded that they cannot use air conditioning in the car.
