Recall that some Ukrainian men, to avoid mobilization, flee beyond Ukraine's borders. Since most men of conscription age are prohibited from leaving the country during martial law, they resort to various measures - notably crossing rivers or faking illnesses.
During the martial law period in Ukraine, law enforcement uncovered over 600 organized criminal groups that helped men of conscription age leave the country and go abroad.
