Battle for Selydove: General explained whether there is a chance to hold the city.

Army General Mykola Malomuzh on the air of 'Apostrophe TV' stated that the situation in Selydove, Donetsk region, is becoming complicated, and the loss of this city could be a breakthrough for the enemy. He suggests focusing not only on holding positions in the city but also on conducting counteroffensive operations around it. Currently, there are 75-77 thousand servicemen in the Ukrainian army, and the main goal is to destroy the concentration of enemy troops.
The General warns that if Selydove is lost, the enemy will gain control over logistics routes to Pokrovsk and demarcation lines. The loss of the city will be a tactical breakthrough for them. However, Malomuzh is confident that Ukrainian forces will retreat to prepared positions. According to the Deep State project, the Russians have already entered Selydove and Bohoiavlenka and have halted at administrative buildings. The murder of civilians in Selydove was also recorded.
