Budanov commented on Trump's position on aid to Ukraine.

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov commented on the continuation of weapons supply from the USA. In his opinion, there may soon be a transfer of air defense systems.
Budanov said this in an interview with Bloomberg.
Weapons from the USA
Budanov believes that American support will continue in the 'near future'. According to him, the supply of additional air defense systems from the USA, which Kyiv needs, is possible.
In the opinion of the head of the GUR, US President Donald Trump is a consistent person, so it is not worth judging him 'by the characteristics of the media'. He noted that as the head of the special service, 'I know more'.
It is worth noting that on July 8, Trump criticized Russian dictator Vladimir Putin against the backdrop of increased shelling of Ukrainian cities, accusing him of murdering civilians, and also ordered to resume arms supplies to Ukraine.
Earlier, Budanov suggested that a ceasefire in Ukraine could happen by the end of this year.
At the same Time, Russian troops want to create a 'buffer zone' in the Dnipropetrovsk region, advancing deeper by 10 kilometers.
Kyrylo Budanov expressed an optimistic opinion about the transfer of additional air defense systems from the USA to Ukraine, which he considers necessary for the country. The public servant also noted that the US president is a consistent personality, expressing confidence in him as the head of the special service.
