Pokrovsk Direction: Urgent Change of Commander in the 59th Brigade - Media.

New Commander in the 59th Separate Assault Brigade of Unmanned Systems
In the 59th Separate Assault Brigade of Unmanned Systems, an urgent change of command took place. Lieutenant Colonel Bohdan Shevchuk was replaced by Colonel Oleksandr Sak, who previously led the 53rd Brigade. This change occurred between May 15 and 16.
According to information from Ukrainian Truth, the decision to dismiss Shevchuk was not made by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, but the Chief Commander Oleksandr Syrskiy agreed to it. It is worth noting that the relationship between Sukharevskyi and Shevchuk was also unstable.
The reasons for such an urgent change of commander are currently not disclosed. Some sources suggest that it is related to the deteriorating situation in the Pokrovsk direction, where the 59th Brigade is operating.
Oleksandr Sak, also known as 'Steff', previously led other brigades. He has been in command of the 59th Brigade for several days already, where active combat actions are ongoing and Russian troops are trying to continue their offensive.
The change of commander is significant not only for the military unit but also for the further development of the situation at the front. The new leader faces an important task - to successfully lead the soldiers in the difficult conditions of war.
