Ukrainian citizens who violate the rules of military registration will not be deported abroad for this, believes lawyer Vladislav Deryi.
Deportation for outdated data
Some Ukrainians who found themselves abroad during the war may have incorrectly stated military data, but this is not grounds for deportation.
A citizen turned to the lawyer, wanting to know if he could be deported due to violation of military registration.
'A man cannot be deported for violating military registration in Ukraine,' confirmed lawyer Vladislav Deryi.
When Ukrainians may still be deported
Regarding the deportation of Ukrainians, this is possible only in the case of other violations related to their stay abroad.
'If a citizen has a foreign passport and a residence permit, he should not be deported,' Deryi noted.
