Ukraine must immediately implement incentives for building green generation – bar association.


The deputy head of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, Valentyn Hvozdiy, called on the state to urgently take measures to accelerate the construction of distributed electricity generation in Ukraine. He also outlined the necessary steps for the development of this sector, including reforming the legislative framework and introducing support systems for small-scale generation. Hvozdiy also emphasized the need to protect investors and modernize the energy infrastructure. He proposed state subsidies and tax incentives, as well as accessible loan programs and grants. In addition, he called on the state to attract international support for this sector. Investors believe that the development of green energy in Ukraine should be a priority and argue that specific solutions and measures will help them invest in this sector and improve the capacity situation in Ukraine's energy system.
