Power Outage: How Schedules Will Work on September 28.


Tomorrow, September 28, there will be no restrictions on electricity consumption. This was reported by the press service of 'Ukrenergo'.
Energy providers urge to use powerful electrical appliances during the daytime hours - from 10:00 to 16:00.
Today, September 27, no restrictions on electricity consumption are also planned.
Recall that the UN Mission on Monitoring Human Rights in Ukraine forecasts that this winter, Ukrainians should expect power outages lasting from four to 18 hours per day.
Government officials state that by the end of October and in November there will be no problems with energy supply. They also hope that this winter will be almost without outages, as the previous one.
With the cancellation of hourly outage schedules from September 9, the level of electricity consumption in Ukraine is increasing.
The State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development has started building the third level of passive protection at 'Ukrenergo' substations, but international partners consider funding such an expensive project excessive until this technology is tested.
In addition, the European Commission is working to increase the maximum volume of electricity that can be supplied to Ukraine. The G7 countries and other partners have raised over $4 billion for the restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
